UK Feed Pulse Usage SlipsLONDON - May 10/07 - SNS -- Feed pulse usage in the United Kingdom is down slightly from the opening quarter of the 2006 calendar year, according to the latest usage data available from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA). Opening quarter gains in the volume of feed peas used by the UK's compound feed manufacturers were more than offset by declines in the quantity of beans used in livestock feed mixes.
