Light Trade Leaves Peas UnchangedVANCOUVER - May 4/07 - SNS -- Field pea markets were little changed in light trade during the past week. North American markets are grower driven, with the absence of deliveries reflected in a general unwillingness by processors and exporters to make additional current crop sales. As is normal for this time of year, seeding this year's crops is keeping grower's minds off marketing. Some growers seem to be holding peas in the belief prices will remain strong through harvest.
