Edible Beans Mixed in Quiet TradeVANCOUVER - Apr 27/07 - SNS -- International dry edible beans markets posted a mixed finish in quiet trading even as Statistics Canada confirmed North American seeded area will be down this year. Seeding intentions for all classes of North American beans now stands at 1.91 million acres, down from 2.082 million last year. North America's spot market index for dry edible beans finished the week at 965, down seven points from the previous week; while the grower index finished unchanged at 882.
