SWP Extends AU Bid
REGINA - Apr 24/07 - SNS -- The Saskatchewan Wheat Pool (SWP) is extending its deadline for Agricore United shareholders to accept its takeover bid.
The new deadline is 5 PM EST May 15, 2007, unless further extended or withdrawn. SWP said it will file its Notice of Extension with Canadian regulatory authorities and mail copies to all Agricore shareholders shortly.
