Modest Gain in Canadian Egg OutputOTTAWA - Apr 10/07 - SNS -- Canadian egg production is up slightly from year earlier levels for the first two months of the 2007 calendar year, according to Statistics Canada. February egg production was pegged at 45.9 million dozen eggs, up slightly from last year, and down around 4 million from January because of the shorter month.
