Pea Prices Hold in Steady TradeVANCOUVER - Mar 30/07 - SNS -- Field pea markets remained firm under relatively steady trading conditions during the past week. Canadian exporters will load at lest 86,000 metric tons (MT) of mainly food grade peas into bulk vessels during April at Vancouver. Limited export movement of feed quality peas are expected this spring and summer. Record or near record grower bids for Canadian origin peas intended for human consumption markets, including green peas with up 20% bleach, are diverting all available product from livestock feed markets.
