Lentils Maintain Firm Tone
VANCOUVER - Mar 16/07 - SNS -- Lentil markets maintained their firm tone throughout the past week against relatively export buying interest and worries about North African crop conditions.
Soils in the region are extremely dry and deteriorating, with below normal precipitation in the forecast.
Morocco responded to expectations of lower average grain yields in January by suspending import duties on a wide range of feed ingredients, including feed peas.
