Research Projects Get Federal DollarsVANCOUVER - Mar 12/07 - SNS -- The federal government's pre-election spending blitz continued in British Columbia, with the announcement 22 agriculture research projects in that province would receive $1.9 million. Agriculture Minister Chuck Strahl said, "Canada's Nude [sic] Government is proud to support new agricultural research projects."
