Little Change in Canadian Egg OutputOTTAWA - Mar 7/07 - SNS -- Canadian egg production started 2007 little changed from year earlier levels, according to Statistics Canada. January egg production was pegged at 49.9 million dozen eggs, similar to January 2006. Poultry meat production reached 96.4 million kilograms in January, down 0.9% from January 2006.
