MELBOURNE - Mar 1/07 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Warning summary
Gale Warning Cape Leeuwin to Bremer Bay.
Strong Wind Warnings Mandurah to Cape Leeuwin and Bremer Bay to Israelite Bay.
Forecast for Thursday  evening
Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, Interior and the eastern Eucla: Isolated showers and
thunderstorms tending scattered in the north and west Kimberley.
Southwest Land Division: Isolated showers in western and southern parts. Showers
tending scattered in the Southwest, Lower West and adjacent Districts with
strong and squally winds, easing in the afternoon and evening.
Forecast for Friday
Kimberley, north and east Interior and the adjacent Pilbara: Isolated showers
and thunderstorms, chiefly afternoon and evening, tending scattered in the
Kimberley later in the day with locally heavy falls in the north.
Southern Coastal Districts: Scattered showers and drizzle patches tending
isolated in the afternoon.
Remaining western and central parts of the South West Land Division: Isolated
showers and drizzle patches clearing around noon.
