Canada's Weekly Exports Total 464,400 MTWINNIPEG - Feb 1/07 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 15,130,100 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year up 2,742,600 MT from the 12,387,500 moved last year. The latest report from the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) summarized weekly product movement through licensed primary and terminal elevator facilities for the week ending January 28. Grower deliveries during the week included 370,500 MT of wheat; 78,000 MT of durum; 44,500 MT of oats; 86,900 MT of barley; 7,300 MT of flax; 195,100 MT of canola; 43,800 MT of peas; and 2,300 MT of corn. The CGC pegged total exports during the week at 464,400 MT. On the grain side this included including 229,100 MT of wheat; 26,500 MT of durum; 43,500 MT of oats; 300 MT of barley; and no corn.
