More Dairy Products in Cold Storage
WASHINGTON - Jan 22/07 - SNS -- Stocks of dairy products increased in December, according to the USDA's latest report on agricultural products in cold storage.
Supplies of butter slipped 2% from the previous month to 92.7 million pounds, up 58% from a year ago.
Stocks of cheese rose 3% during the month to around 790 million pounds, up 4% from the previous year.
