Monthly Catfish Feed Deliveries Rise In Dec
WASHINGTON - Jan 22/07 - SNS -- NASS US Department of Agriculture Washington, D.C, shows the current USDA statistics.
December 2006 Catfish Feed Deliveries Up 28% from Last Year
Total catfish feed delivered in the United States throughout December 2006 was 6,001 tons, up 28% from December 2005 but 66% below the previous month.
Foodsize catfish feed delivered totalled 5,829 tons, up 31% from the corresponding month a year ago.
Feed delivered for fingerlings and broodfish totalled 172 tons, down 24% from the corresponding month a year ago.
