French Field Pea Export Summary
VANCOUVER - Jan 18/07 - SNS -- French field pea exports increased in November, rising above month and year earlier levels, according to data assembled by the Union Nationale Interprofessionnelle des Plantes Riches en Proteines (UNIP).
Ongoing shipments to India offset weak export sales to European compound feed manufacturers to lift total export clearances in November to 43,490 metric tons (MT), up 4,250 MT from October and 19,645 MT above year earlier levels.
This lifted season to date exports to 196,300 MT, down 6.7% from the same five-month period of the 2005-06 marketing year.
