WCE Stock Split
WINNIPEG - Jan 18/07 - SNS -- Directors of WCE Holdings Inc. approved a 25 to 1 stock split which will increase the number of issued and outstanding Class A Common Shares from 24,000 to 600,000.
Shareholders of record as of the end of business on January 19, 2007 will receive a stock dividend equal to 24 additional common shares for every common share held on that date.
