Weekly Canadian Crush RisesWINNIPEG - Jan 12/07 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 65,425 metric tons (MT) of canola and 33,033 of soybeans during the week ending January 10. The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, show canola crush rose 4.5%, partly offsetting the previous week's decline. Soybean crush jumped 22.2%, after falling the previous week.
