Dairy Product Markets Mostly Weaker
WASHINGTON - Jan 12/07 - SNS -- Dairy product markets in the United States were mainly down over the seven days finishing January 6, reveals this USDA sector report.
Cheddar Cheese prices obtained for US 40 pound Blocks averaged $1.32 per pound. The price per pound gained 1.0 cents compared to the previous week. The price for US 500 pound Barrels adjusted to 38% moisture averaged $1.30 per pound, down 0.2 cents from the previous week.
