Quiet First Week for 2007 Lentil MarketVANCOUVER - Jan 5/07 - SNS -- Lentil markets are starting the new year on a relatively quiet note, with limited business reported as traders were not yet fully returned from the Christmas and New Year's holiday season. Medium term European demand is mostly covered; while Latin American buyers have yet to fully cover their needs for the first half of 2007.
