Weekly Canadian Crush Up
WINNIPEG - Jan 2/07 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 73,111 metric tons (MT) of canola and 30,707 of soybeans during the week ending December 27.
The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, show canola crush rose 4.7%, offsetting the previous week's gains. Soybean crush jumped 19.9%, after falling the previous week.
