CGC Details November Pea ExportsWINNIPEG - Dec 29/06 - SNS -- The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) reports field exports in November totalled 149,500 metric tons (MT) through licensed terminal facilities, which are required to report to it all grain movement. This is down from the 168,000 MT shipped the same month last year and down from the 162,700 MT shipped the previous month. The CGC reports field pea exports so far during the 2006-07 marketing total 723,900 MT, down from 936,700 MT the first four months of the previous season. Of total peas shipped in November, 111,600 MT moved through terminal elevators in Vancouver; 5,200 MT through facilities in Thunder Bay; 24,500 MT via terminals in Quebec; and 8,100 MT through Sorel.
