Weekly Canadian Crush Rises
WINNIPEG - Dec 15/06 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 71,201 metric tons (MT) of canola and 34,243 of soybeans during the week ending December 13.
The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, show canola crush rose 2.9%, offsetting the previous week's decline. Soybean crush jumped 10.5%, after falling the previous week.
