USDA Buys for 4,000 MT Peas
KANSAS CITY - Dec 13/06 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here confirmed the purchase of 4,000 metric tons (MT) of feed peas for shipment to Philippines.
Under terms of USDA PL-480 food aid tender invitation 126A, the USDA paid and average U.S. $236.43 MT for U.S. No 1 feed peas packed in bulk delivered Tacoma, Washington between December 22 and January 19.
