Canada's Canola Crush Plunges, Soy Jumps
WINNIPEG - Sep 27/02 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 49,368 metric tons (MT) of canola and 37,472 MT of soybeans during the week ending September 25.
The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, dropped 7.2% from last week's level for canola for the second weekly decline. Soybean crush posted its second weekly advance, jumping 23.7%.
