Birdseed Ingredients Advance
VANCOUVER - Nov 3/06 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets continued to firm over the past week, with grower bids for most products advancing.
White proso millet values gained U.S. 50 cents per 100 pounds (cwt) on the week to finish at $9.25 for farmers dressed product delivered elevators in the U.S. midwest.
Canadian canaryseed grower bids advanced CDN 50 cents cwt to finish the week at $15, with reports of $16 being paid by some processors for limited quantities of product.
