Canada's Weekly Exports Total 114,600 MT totalWINNIPEG - Sep 20/02 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 1,637,600 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year down 690,400 MT from the 2,328,000 moved last year. The latest report from the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) summarized weekly product movement through licensed primary and terminal elevator facilities for the week ending September 15. Grower deliveries during the week included 202,300 MT wheat; 52,100 MT durum; 76,600 MT oats; 82,700 MT barley; 6,000 MT flax; 113,300 MT canola; 9,200 MT peas; and 0 MT corn. The CGC pegged total exports during the week at 114,600 MT total. On the grain side this included including 61,200 MT wheat; 13,500 MT durum; 31,400 MT oats; 8,000 MT barley; 0 MT flax; and 0 MT corn.
