Dairy Product Stocks Drop In August
WASHINGTON - Sep 21/06 - SNS -- Stocks of dairy products dropped in August, according to the USDA's latest report on agricultural products in cold storage.
Supplies of butter sank 19% from the previous month to 184.5 million pounds, up 24% from a year ago.
Stocks of cheese fell 5% during the month to around 851 million pounds, up 5% from the previous year.
