Canada's Weekly Exports Total 251,700 MTWINNIPEG - Sep 13/02 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 1,523,000 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year down 270,100 MT from the 1,793,100 moved last year. The latest report from the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) summarized weekly product movement through licensed primary and terminal elevator facilities for the week ending September 8. Grower deliveries during the week included 130,600 MT wheat; 30,100 MT durum; 58,400 MT oats; 38,700 MT barley; 3,000 MT flax; 71,300 MT canola; 10,300 MT peas; and no corn. The CGC pegged total exports during the week at 251,700 MT . On the grain side this included including 82,300 MT wheat; 80,600 MT durum; 43,000 MT oats; 2,200 MT barley; 27,300 MT flax; and 15,200 MT corn.
