Lentil Grade Spreads May NarrowWINNIPEG - Sep 1/06 - SNS -- North American lentil markets finished August with a mixed performance against improved domestic stocks and relatively good export demand. Western Canada's harvest is nearing completion, with processors reporting around 90% of the crop is No 2 or better. Old crop No 1 lentils are being priced as if they were good quality No 2 product and No 2 lentils continue to be segregated into ordinary and 'A' quality.
