Mixed Week on Bean Markets
WINNIPEG - Sep 1/06 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note, but with good trading interest shown for most classes of beans.
Problems with China's white bean crop is giving support to small caliber white alubia beans from Argentina and North American great northern beans.
By contrast, a bountiful black bean harvest has generated stiff competition for available supplies from Argentina and a larger North American harvest.
