For Thursday WARNINGS: Strong wind warning for NSW coastal waters north of Smoky Cape at 7pm Wednesday. STATE FORECAST Early frosts about the ranges and southwestern slopes. Isolated showers along the northern coast and adjacent ranges tending scattered in the far north and contracting north of the Hunter by the afternoon. Fine and sunny elsewhere. Cool to mild. Light winds inland. Southwest to southeast winds along the coast, fresh in the north and afternoon northeast seabreezes developing in the south.
