MELBOURNE - Sep 9/02 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For Tuesday WARNINGS: Strong wind warning for coastal waters south of Merimbula. STATE FORECAST Isolated showers on the southern ranges and southwestern slopes. Light snow in the Snowy mountains. Chance of isolated afternoon showers on the north coast. Fine elsewhere. Cool to cold day. Light to moderate southwest to southeast winds, fresher on the coast and southern half of the ranges.
