Canada's Weekly Exports Total 226,700 MTWINNIPEG - Sep 6/02 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 1,273,000 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year down 233,500 MT from the 1,506,500 moved last year. The latest report from the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) summarized weekly product movement through licensed primary and terminal elevator facilities for the week ending September 1. Grower deliveries during the week included 196,200 MT wheat; 35,700 MT durum; 65,200 MT oats; 62,800 MT barley; 5,800 MT flax; 114,200 MT canola; 20,600 MT peas; and 8,900 MT corn. The CGC pegged total exports during the week at 226,700 MT . On the grain side this included including 56,000 MT wheat; 117,500 MT durum; 39,000 MT oats; 7,300 MT barley; 6,900 MT flax; and no corn.
