AWB Names Davis Managing Director
SYDNEY - Aug 2/06 - SNS -- The Australian wheat marketing board, AWB Limited, named Gordon Davis its new Managing Director.
Davis is currently the head of the Australia Asia division of Mining Services at Orica Limited, a Melbourne-based explosives and mining multinational company. The Australia Asia division is the biggest in Orica’s global portfolio in Mining Services.
Davis will take up his role at AWB in mid-September, as soon as he has concluded his obligations with Orica.
