MELBOURNE - Sep 4/02 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For Thursday WARNINGS: Nil. STATE FORECAST Isolated afternoon showers and thunderstorms over the northeast today and extending to central areas Thursday. A shower or two developing later Thursday in the far southeast. Fine and mostly sunny elsewhere after early fog patches in the east. Mild to warm day. Generally light to moderate west to northwest winds, stronger on the southern ranges, and moderate to fresh afternoon northeast seabreezes on the coast. Moderate southwest change in the west Thursday morning extending to the northeast inland by evening. This forecast is issued daily at 05.15, 1120 and 16.30. For more information
