Pulse Market Busy, Weather ChangesVANCOUVER - Jul 26/06 - SNS -- International pulse markets remain relatively busy at mid-week with the harvest advancing in the United States and Europe and hot and dry weather pushing Canadian crops towards maturity. Unfortunately, there are rains in the forecast for Saskatchewan as a strong cold front breaks the recent heat wave. This is mixed news for pulse producers in several parts of the province. Crops in some areas are rushing toward maturity and there is a worry rains now may impact quality, without benefitting yield.
