Quality and Yield Worries on Rise in ManitobaWINNIPEG - Sep 3/02 - SNS -- Harvest activity in Manitoba was again slowed by rainy conditions during the past week, creating additional worries about sprouting and quality damage in unharvested crops. Manitoba Agriculture did not mention dry edible beans in its latest crop report, but growers and processors increasingly worry about the impact of recent wet weather will have on yields and quality.
