Lupo Joins Bunge Board
NEW YORK - Jul 20./06 - SNS -- Bunge Limited appointed L. Patrick Lupo, former chairman and chief executive officer of DHL Worldwide Express (DHL), to its Board of Directors.
Lupo brings the membership of Bunge's board to 11. Lupo is an independent director and will serve on the Board's Compensation Committee and its Finance and Risk Policy Committee. Lupo also serves on the board of Ladbrokes plc (formerly Hilton Group plc).
