For Monday WARNINGS: Strong Wind Warning for NSW Coastal Waters south of Cape Byron. Fire Weather Warning for Extreme fire danger for the Lower and Upper Western districts and Riverina. A Total Fire Ban has been declared for the Lower and Upper Western districts and Riverina for today. Very high fire danger in Central West Plains districts. STATE FORECAST Dry and mostly sunny over the remainder of the state today. Cloud increasing in the far west and south this afternoon with some patchy rain developing late afternoon or evening, extending east overnight and on Tuesday. Very warm northerly winds fresh to strong and squally in western and southern districts, ahead of a milder moderate west to southwest change in the far west this evening, extending to the ranges and coast tomorrow.
