OTTAWA - Sep 1/02 - SNS -- Environment Canada updated its latest three to five day forecast for the Ottawa region and eastern Ontario.

Extended forecasts for Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday for eastern 
Ontario and the Nation's Capital and for northeastern Ontario issued 
by Environment Canada Ontario region at 5.00 AM EDT Sunday 1 
September 2002.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 3.30 PM.
Ottawa-Gatineau-Prescott and Russell-Cornwall.
