U.S. Peach Crop Down 7% in 2005WASHINGTON - Jul 6/06 - SNS -- Utilized peach production in 2005 is estimated at 1.15 million tons, down 7% from the previous year and 5% below 2003, according to the USDA. The California crop, accounting for 76% of the U.S. utilized peach production, is down 6% from 2004.
