Canadian Egg Output Trends UpwardOTTAWA - Jul 6/06 - SNS -- Canadian egg production totaled 50.4 million dozen in May, up from 48.4 million the previous month and 49.7 million the same last year, according to the latest data available from Statistics Canada. Calendar year to date egg production is up 2.34% from last year, which was up 2.16% from the previous year during the first five months of the year.
