Mixed Export Picture for PhilippinesMANILA - Jun 11/06 - SNS -- Coconut oil fell 28% below and copra meal exports from the Philippines rose 21% above year earlier levels in February. There were no copra exports during the period. Coconut oil exports in February totalled 45,896 metric tons (MT), down from 63,677 MT last year. Copra meal exports in February came in at 35,276 MT, up from 29,037 MT last year. Average export prices in February were down 10.53%, falling from U.S. $593.42 to $530.94 MT for coconut oil; and falling 40.39% from $77.27 to $46.06 MT for copra meal.
