Winter Durum Crop Sinks 10%WASHINGTON - Jun 9/06 - SNS -- Durum wheat production in the United States will be greater than initially expected but will still fall far short of last year's harvest, according to the latest crop production estimates from the USDA. Production of Durum wheat in Arizona and California is forecast at a collective 13.0 million bushels, up 2% from May 1 but 10% below their 2005 total of 14.5 million bushels.
