USDA Tenders for 2,000 MT Lentils
KANSAS CITY - Jun 8/06 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here is seeking offers of 2,000 metric tons (MT) of lentils packed in 50 kg bags for prepositioning at Gulf ports.
Under terms of USDA PL-480 food aid tender invitation 066B, the USDA expects to buy the beans for shipment between July 21 and August 10 from inland plants and between August 6 and August 20 from plants located at the port.
Offers are due June 13 for reply the following day.
