Little Change in ChickpeasVANCOUVER - May 12/06 - SNS -- International chickpea markets finished the week mostly unchanged in light trade. Exporters in Canada and the United States are mostly sold out of old crop product and are waiting for this year's harvests before becoming active. This is leaving the market for small caliber beans in the hands of Mexican exporters; with Turkish shippers expected to soon start working the Indian subcontinent and Middle Eastern markets.
