Canada's Weekly Crush Sinks
WINNIPEG - Apr 7/06 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 63,078 metric tons (MT) of canola and 27,691 of soybeans during the week ending April 5.
The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, show canola crush sank 14.2%, ending two weeks of increasing activity. Soybean crush dropped 3.5%, after inching up the previous week.
