Vietnam Rice Market EaseHANOI - Apr 4/06 - SNS -- Low asking prices for Vietnamese rice may have contributed to an increase in exports so far this year, notes the U.S. agricultural attache here in an update on the market. Discussing last week's markets the agricultural attache added, "Offers of Export prices were again down below the Vietnam Food Association's (VFA) minimum prices.
