Eggs Use By Food Manufacturers RisesWASHINGTON - Mar 7/06 - SNS -- Food manufacturers in the United States increased the quantity of eggs used in January, according to the USDA. Shell eggs broken totaled 166 million dozen during January 2006, up 4% from January a year ago and 3% above the 161 million broken last month.
