Kraft Buys Back Shares
NEW YORK - Mar 2/06 - SNS -- Kraft Foods Inc. will spend up to $2.0 billion to repurchase its Class A common stock.
The company expects to complete its current repurchase authorization of $1.5 billion during the first quarter of 2006.
Purchases under the new authorization will begin after the current program is completed and are expected to run through 2008.
