Birdseed Little Changed in Light TradeVANCOUVER - Feb 24/06 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredients were unchanged to slightly easier in seasonally light trade. Canadian canaryseed finished the week unchanged at both the grower and inter-dealer level; while U.S. millet slipped a quarter to a nominal U.S. $6.25 per 100 pounds (cwt) for bulk white proso millet. Argentine millet and canaryseed markets held steady against relatively good, ongoing demand from Brazilian buyers and a smaller than expected crop.
